A MESSAGE FROM HIGH TRAILS

During this time of uncertainty, we would first and foremost like to thank you for your continued support of our small local business for the past ten years; we would also like to let you know how we plan to continue to best serve you through this tough time and how you can help support us. 

 

We want to make clear that we are supporting social distancing and are there for rolling out new policies in the interim to keep everyone safe, happy and healthy. For these reasons our doors will be closed to the public until we are able to return to business as normal.

In the case of bicycle pick up for bikes that are currently in our repair shop, please call or email the shop: hightrailsnorcal@mac.com; 415-814-3216, we will set up a contactless pick up and arrange payment over the phone.

 

For bicycle sales, we are unfortunately not able to offer test rides out of our shop, however if you have your heart set on a particular bike we are more than happy to place orders over the phone and we are offering free delivery inside of San Francisco to your home. (Biking is a great and healthy way to pass the time).

 

For small parts and accessories (helmets, gloves, etc.) if you would like to support us through this hard time, you can head over to www.specialized.com and peruse their huge selection and at check out choose the “click and collect” option and select High Trails Cyclery. Your payment supports our business and gets you what you need to stay prepared on the road (or trails). When your part arrives we will call you and arrange a contactless pick up at our shop. Carts over $500 can be delivered free of charge to your door inside of San Francisco, carts over $1000 can be delivered free of charge in the Bay Area. (This includes bikes!!).

 

If you would like to support us in the easiest way possible, you can always call or email the shop and purchase gift cards for yourself or someone you really like. Gift cards do not expire and can be used at any time on any purchase – promotions, sales, labor, etc. This is the simplest way to give us a little boost while we are non-operational to the public. (Plus whoever you buy it for will be thrilled – even if it’s yourself).
